Buying used or new storage equipment – what matters
If you want to buy industrial racking, you should not look only at dimensions and prices. What is decisive is how well your racking system fits your processes.
Pallet racking is suitable for heavy loads and direct access to every pallet. Wide-span shelving holds larger, non-palletised goods and cartons. Shelving racks are ideal for smaller items and order picking. A combination often pays off: cartons for which a pallet position would be too large fit into wide-span shelving alongside.
Used storage equipment is available from our warehouse at short notice. Our stock includes racking from Stow, BITO, Jungheinrich, META, Dexion and OHRA. If you are extending an existing installation, check the manufacturer: frames and beams from different manufacturers generally cannot be combined.
Alongside the racking, the right equipment matters: with pallet trucks and forklifts you move pallets into and out of storage.

What does storage equipment include?
Storage equipment covers all installations and devices used to store, provide and move goods. This mainly includes racking systems, industrial trucks and the matching accessories. With us you will find pallet racking, wide-span shelving and shelving racks, individual parts such as beams and frames as well as pallet trucks and forklifts.
What types of racking are there?
Which racking fits depends mainly on the goods you store. Pallet racking holds Euro pallets, flat pallets and mesh pallet boxes. Wide-span shelving suits larger, non-palletised goods and cartons that are stored by hand. Shelving racks are intended for smaller items and order picking. A combination of several racking types is often the most economical solution.
Where does your used storage equipment come from?
Our used goods come from dismantled installations, for example from business closures, warehouse conversions and surplus stock. They show the usual signs of use from warehouse operation. If you have questions about a particular item, we are happy to go through the material with you.
Can I extend my existing racking installation?
Yes, if suitable parts are available. Check the manufacturer, because frames and beams from different manufacturers generally cannot be combined. You will find individual parts under Beams & frames. We are happy to put together larger or smaller quantities or a different configuration from our stock.
Can I collect the goods in Kaarst?
Yes. Our warehouse is at Industriestraße 9, 41564 Kaarst. Collection is possible Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:30 and from 13:15 to 16:30; loading is free of charge.
Do you also deliver?
Yes, we organise delivery within Germany. Goods are delivered kerbside. You will find all details under How your enquiry works.
Do you also handle installation?
On request, our fitters handle installation, conversion and dismantling on site.
Can I also hire or sell racking?
Yes. For additional capacity for a limited period we offer racking hire. If you are clearing or converting a warehouse, we buy used racking installations – including dismantling and removal.
